Our Charity Showcase returns in 2024!!!
Save the Date: Saturday 6th April 2024
We confirmed the date last week with our favourite venue St Mary's creative space, Chester
We are absolutely delighted to bring our Showcase back after having to cancel our last one in March 2020
Before the lockdowns our Charity Showcases were annually, however due to other commitments from our planning team our Shows will now be biennially - once every two years
More details will be shared towards the end of the year/early next year :)

Intro to Pole
We are now holding a Taster class on the last Thursday of the month, at 8-9pm
This class is for Beginners with no pole experience to try a class with us and see if you like it
It is a small class of 6 dancers and in the hour you will learn a short choreographed routine, correct technique & muscle engagement to lift yourself off the ground, a variety of spins, seated poses, learn how to climb the pole, headstands, strength & conditioning exercises and we finish with some effective stretches to increase shoulder & back flexibility and begin working towards your splits
Price: £10 per person
After your Taster you have the option to join our monthly membership at £40 per month or choose pay as you go at £12 per class
More details are given at the Taster and emailed the following day
