Thank you all for another wonderful year at our studio :)

Here you will find when we close for December and reopen in January 2025.

Also, we will be closing for 1 week in April 2025 and 1 week in July 2025.

December Opening Hours

We are closed from Sunday 22nd December 2024

Intro to Pole

We hold one Taster class per month, usually on the third Friday of each month.

Our Taster is a small class of 6 beginners where you will learn a variety of spins, seated poses, a flow routine, how to climb the pole, headstands, strength & conditioning exercises and we finish with stretches to work towards achieving the splits!

Price: £10 per person

Our final Taster for 2024 is on:

Friday 13th December, 7-8pm - 6 spaces
