Terms and Conditions

Price Increase effective 1st April 2025

Terms: Membership

Price: £45 per month for 1 class per week

Membership starts on 1st day of each month
You will receive 1 class per week on the same day/time throughout the month
Payment to be made before 1st to secure your booking
To cancel membership for the following month please give 1 weeks notice
If you miss a class, you are welcome to join a different class that month to catch up
When we are fully booked we will offer a free drop-in on the last Friday of the month 7pm
No classes can be carried over to following month
Our membership price is based over a 12 month period. Some months have 5 weeks. we close for 1 week in April (which has 5 weeks), 1 week in August (which has 5 weeks) and 12 days in December. Over the 12 month period you will receive 49 lessons and pay for 48
If you are going on holiday but wish to keep your space in same class, we require full payment. You are welcome to catch up missed classes on a different day. Or you can cancel your membership and see what spaces are available when you are back from holiday

Terms: Pay as you Go

Price: £13.50 per class

Members get priority booking at the start of the month
Any remaining spaces will be available at pay as you go
It is advisable to book your class 1 week in advance
If you wish to rearrange/cancel your class we require 24hrs notice
If you give 24hrs notice we will rearrange your class or give you a full refund
If you give less than 24hrs notice you will forfeit your class and will not receive a refund

Terms - Private Tuition

1 dancer - £35 per hour

2 dancers - £25 per person

3-4 dancers - £15 per person

It is advised to book at least 1 week in advance
Payment is due upon booking, we will secure your booking upon receiving payment
To rearrange/cancel, we require 24 hours notice so we have time to offer your space to our waiting list
If you give 24hrs notice we will rearrange or give a full refund
If you give less than 24hrs notice you will forfeit your lesson and not receive a refund

Terms - Block Booking Private Tuition

Price:

1 dancer - 4 lessons for £110

2 dancers - 4 lessons £65 per person

All 4 lessons must be booked on 1st of the month and used by 31st of that same month
Lessons will be on the same day and time each week
If you wish to rearrange a lesson you must give 24hrs notice so we have time to offer the space to our waiting list
If you give less than 24hrs notice you will forfeit that lesson and will not receive a refund
No classes will be carried over to the following month
If you wish to cancel block booking for the following month please give 1 weeks notice
