Intro to Pole
Our next Intro to Pole course starts on Saturday 2nd April, 1-2pm
This course runs for 4 consecutive weeks and we have 1 space remaining
Our next 4 week Intro to Pole course will be in May, date will be first announced on our Instagram page, follow us here: @apsaradancechester
Day out
Now the weather is warming up it's time we organise a day out :)
We have been speaking in class about going to Total Ninja in Manchester!
Here's their website, it looks tres fun!
It's £9 per person for groups of 10+
We could go for a late lunch after?

2022 The Year of Splits
As you know one of my goals for our studio this year is to help as many dancers as I can to achieve their splits!
We are only in March and we have 2 touchdowns already whoop whoop!
Well done!
We will continue to practice our splits stretches at the end of class so if you can stretch once more at home, or after the gym/exercise, between classes your legs will appreciate it ;)
